High Temperature Antifoam For Paper

RK-63T is a silicone polyether modified by characteristic grafting reaction, which is prepared by special emulsified system. This emulsified system makes sure compatibility, and stability of dilution and shear. It has excellent antifoaming performance and stability, especially in very harsh conditions. RK-207 is a high efficient liquid(wetting) defoamer based on new polymer, which is combined with active antifoaming carrier oil components. RK-883S is a silicone free defoamer with good dispersibility in the foaming system, excellent defoaming&antifoaming performances, good compatibility with the used system. It’s mainly used in paper process, electroplating cleaning, RO membrane water treatment, circulating cooling water, landfill leachate, which the silicone defoamer can not be used. ​

RK-83S is a emulsion type polyether modified organic antifoam. Compared to traditional defoamer, it is stable under strong acid, high temperature, high shear system. It has good defoaming & antifoaming performance, and safe to use. RK-83S is suitable used in the pesticide industry, textile printing&dyeing production processes, especially in high temperature overflow dyeing processes. It can also used in other typical high temperature, high shear, extreme pH environments. ​

RK-800P is a non-silicone defoaming agent grafted with functional modified polyether. It has good dispersibility, fast defoaming and strong dynamic foam suppression abilities. It is mainly used for defoaming of polycarboxylate superplasticizer, landfill leachate and water treatment, concrete, power plant desulfurization etc.. ​

RK-700P is a non-silicon defoamer mainly composed of modified polyether. It has the characteristics of good dispersibility in water and strong dynamic antifoaming ability. It is mainly used in power plant desulfurization, fermentation, water treatment, desalination, landfill leachate, PCB cleaning, water glass, etc.. ​

RK-8455S is a silicone antifoam, which is prepared by composite emulsification of silicon emulsifier and hydrocarbon emulsifier based on crosslinked polysiloxane as defoaming active component. It has better acid&alkali resistance and excellent defoaming&antifoaming persistence. It’s widely used in all kinds of pulp washing black liquid , wastewater treatment, cleaning industry, oil field chemical industry, etc. ​

RK-857 is a polysiloxane and polyether copolymerization defoamer with special structure of the active synergist.The special structure ensures that the compatibility of the system is unchanged and the performance is greatly improved.  It has strong antifoaming performance in water based flexo ink, water acrylic overprinting, pure acrylic emulsion, PVA, polyurethane emulsion  especially during grinding and paint mixing. ​

RK-7470M is developed with a special silicone grease system, with specially designed emulsion system. It provides excellent antifoaming performance and balance, which makes sure the compatibility of system, excellent stability of dilution and shear. It’s suitable for metal cutting liquid. Little addition can achieve ideal foam control effect and reduce the negative effect on the finished products due to adding lots of defoamer. It is used in full synthetic cutting liquid and emulsion type cutting liquid. ​
