An Defoamer with excellent antifoaming performance

RK-300P is a modified polyether silicone compound emulsion defoamer. It has good dispersibility in the foaming system. No silicone grease precipitation and flotation. ​

RK-0036 is a compound antifoam without precipitation after dispersing in the system. ​

RK-561 is a modified polyether defoamer. It has excellent antifoaming performance, especially under some very harsh conditions and high shear system. It is used in textile industry, industrial cleaning, water-based ink. ​

RK-T60 is a silicone polyether modified by characteristic grafting reaction, which is prepared by special emulsified system. RK-900N is a general type silicone polyether defoamer, which is developed by adopting special silicone grease system and polyether with specially designed emulsification system. The silicone grease provide excellent balance. Emulsified system makes sure compatibility, diluted and shear stability. It is applied to foams produced in most aqueous and oily systems and has excellent antifoaming properties. ​

RK-857 is a polysiloxane and polyether copolymerization defoamer with special structure of the active synergist.The special structure ensures that the compatibility of the system is unchanged and the performance is greatly improved.  It has strong antifoaming performance in water based flexo ink, water acrylic overprinting, pure acrylic emulsion, PVA, polyurethane emulsion  especially during grinding and paint mixing. ​

RK-100S is a general-purpose 100% silicone-polyether defoamer, which is prepared by a characteristic graft reaction modified silicone polyether with a specially designed emulsification system. The special emulsified system makes sure compatibility, stability of dilution&shear of system. It has excellent antifoam performance, especially in some very harsh conditions. It is used in high temperature of textile and resists to acid & alkali. ​

RK-15S is a silicone defoamer, which is stable in high temperature, high shear and acid system, especially excellent performance of fast defoaming. It’s suitable for textile printing&dyeing, industrial cleaning, metal working liquid, and other typical environment, like high&mid temperature, high shear, and extremely pH . ​

RK-7670M uses silicone grease system, with special polyether modified silicone emulsion system. It provides excellent antifoaming performance and balance, which make sure the compatibility of system, diluted stability and excellent stability of shear. It’s suitable for metal cutting liquid. Little addition can achieve ideal foam control effect and reduce the negative effect on the final products due to adding lots of defoamer. It is used in Semi or full synthetic cutting liquid ad emulsion type cutting liquid. ​

RK-04P is a kind of high efficiency special powder antifoam . It has excellent defoaming & antifoaming performance. Chemical is stable, not toxic, not corrosive, and not sensitive to acid&alkali. ​

RK-7470M is developed with a special silicone grease system, with specially designed emulsion system. RK-207 is a high efficient liquid(wetting) defoamer based on new polymer, which is combined with active antifoaming carrier oil components. It’s effective for fine resin emulsion and added into any processes of latex paint production, it’s also suitable for polymerization processes. Also, it has high compatibility with the system, no precipitation and formation of shrinkage cavities on the surface. ​

RK-F0090 is a non-silicone defoamer prepared from high-grade fatty alcohols as the main active substance through a special emulsification process, which are mainly used in eliminating and control foam in the paper machine system. No negative impact on the paper making process. ​
