RK-P582 silicone defoamer emulsion is an emulsion type polyether modified silicone defoamer, which has excellent resistance to strong alkali&acid, temperature and shearing. It has good stability in pulping black liquor system and no gel formation. Good foam control performance can be achieved by small addition. It is widely used in the control of foam generation in pulping black liquor system, as well as in industrial cleaning, sewage treatment and other industries.

Application Process:

RK-P582 could be dropped into the foaming system by using a drop pump directly, the recommended dosage is 0.08~0.8kg per ton pulp in the beginning. Most expected dosage is 0.05~0.5kg per ton pulp (Dry Weight).

Dilute the product to control the actual dosage, water can be easily added into the antifoam

emulsion with slow mixing. Please use the diluted solution as soon as possible and the normal

storage time should be less than 12 hours.

The drop point should be determined based on specific production conditions, and the optimal drop point should always be improved with a smaller amount of defoamer added.
